Natural Disaster Management

At Disetronic Medical Systems we strive to provide the best service possible to our customers at all times, even when a disaster strikes such as a hurricane, tornado, flood, etc. Our hope is that no one ever has to experience such an event, but if you are ever faced with one, Disetronic is prepared to help.  We have created a Disaster Management Plan to assist customers with managing their diabetes should such an event occur.

In the event of a disaster, you should call ACCU-CHEK Pump Support at 1-800-688-4578. If you are in need of supplies, a dedicated Disetronic staff member in your area will arrange delivery of supplies to you.
